The Recovery Lawn Enforcement (RLE) is more than just a lawn care service — we’re a recovery-driven workforce dedicated to second chances and new beginnings.
We proudly partner with Next Step Recovery Housing to provide meaningful employment to men who are rebuilding their lives after struggles with alcoholism and substance use. Our mission is rooted in the belief that sustained sobriety is possible when paired with purpose, structure, and support.
Through consistent work, our team members earn income, build savings, and develop the stability necessary to become productive fathers and contributing members of their communities. For many, this is a crucial step on the path to family reunification and long-term independence.
Founded in our second year of operation, Recovery Lawn Enforcement has grown not only as a business but as a community of men working hard — on lawns, and on themselves. Every yard we service is part of something bigger: a commitment to growth, responsibility, and recovery.

Meet Nick Butler – A Life Rebuilt, A Leader Restored
Nick Butler is a proud graduate of Next Step Recovery Housing, with multiple years of sobriety from all mind- and mood-altering substances. His journey is one of transformation — not just for himself, but now for countless others walking the same path he once did.
After completing the Next Step program, Nick continued his walk in faith by completing discipleship classes at Link Church in Clarksville, AR. From there, he stepped boldly into leadership, becoming a ministry leader and mentor to the men entering the program after him.
Today, Nick oversees Recovery Lawn Enforcement — a recovery workforce that offers more than just labor; it offers hope. This multifaceted ministry provides employment opportunities to men in early recovery while giving Nick a platform to pour into their lives spiritually, emotionally, and practically. Through honest work in lawn care, tree services, fencing, moving, and firewood, these men find new purpose as they help restore the very communities they once caused harm to.
